Services Mejias Fine Builds provides construction, remodeling, and general contracting services in California. All services are subject to availability and may require a formal agreement or contract.
Estimates and Contracts Any estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on project scope, materials, and labor costs. A formal contract, signed by both parties, will outline the final scope, timeline, and payment terms.
Payments Payments must be made as specified in the contract. Late payments may incur fees. We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.
Changes to Project Scope Changes to the agreed-upon scope must be in writing and may result in adjustments to cost and schedule.
Permits and Compliance We comply with all applicable building codes and regulations in California. The client is responsible for ensuring property access and necessary approvals unless otherwise specified.
Warranty We offer a limited warranty on workmanship for one (1) year from project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where available. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Liability While we exercise due care in all projects, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, third parties, or acts of nature. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
Insurance We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by California law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Termination Either party may terminate a contract with written notice if the other party breaches a material term. Clients will be responsible for costs incurred up to the termination date.
